Thank you for your order! We take pride in getting our products to you quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
Seasonings (Steak Rub):
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Gear (Apparel, Hats, Drinkware, Accessories):
Gear items are processed and shipped within 5–8 business days of purchase. Some gear items are made to order, which is why processing takes a little longer — but we promise it's worth the wait.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Delays
While we always do our best to get your order out fast, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll make it right.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
